Our Objectives:

We would like to start off in the state of Colorado and reach out to other states ASAP.

Currently there are thousands of people who come close to qualifying to purchase a home. Many are paying other people’s mortgages in the form of rent and have been doing so for years. Willing proposes to help these people turn their rent payments into mortgage payments so that they can own their homes.

Additionally there are lots of empty commercial buildings and empty homes that can be converted to house homeless individuals and families. Willing proposes to purchase and set up these properties for housing the homeless and help those who have been paying rent to have an opportunity to pay their own mortgages.

We also have access to educating all of the people that we will be working with. On our website Willingcoloradosprings.org we have been providing free classes to help people get prepared to qualify for their own financing and we have the capability to train people in basic self help classes in plumbing, electrical and furnace cleaning.
