Coalition Building:
Build partnerships and coalitions with other organizations, community groups, and housing advocates to amplify your advocacy efforts and create a unified voice for affordable housing and housing opportunities. Collaborate with local businesses, faith-based organizations, and civic groups to secure their support for affordable housing initiatives and engage their networks in advocacy activities. Advocate in local policy discussions to improve access to homeownership and reduce barriors to building affordable housing. -
Education and Outreach:
Develop educational materials that explain the importance of affordable housing, the impact of the housing crisis, and the benefits of affordable housing for individuals and communities. Organize community workshops, webinars, or panel discussions to educate the public about how to achieve home ownership. Offer faith based support and counseling towards helping those challenged with home ownership during difficult times -
Direct Service:
Purchase and Rehabilitate property to revitalize the community and create opportunities for affordable home ownership. Collaborate with local politicians to promote modern reasonable development solutions to promote diversity in community growth, and safe, walkable neighborhoods Collaborate with the community to integrate affordable housing awareness into their curricula or public programming.

Spiritual Guidance and Support
Need Statement
We need financial assistance in the form of grant funding to help those people who qualify for First time home buyers and to help those people that have been renting and paying for others property, that can qualify for their own home with a little help.
To enable them to secure money to purchase homes and to repair their homes. We believe that $1,000,000.00 will help us get through at least 2 Extended homes or 2 homes that are in distress; fix them up and sell to first time home buyers that will agree to allow us to continue helping them through our 5 year education programs, which consist of basic plumbing and drain cleaning, basic electrical, switches and plugs, basic furnace cleaning with filter replacements.
Finally, Willing needs grant funding to purchase low cost houses that need renovations. We propose to use grant funds to repair these “fixer-uppers” so that they can be available to people who have never been able to own a home.
